The Company is seeking a Chief People, Culture & Equity Officer (CPCE) to lead its people function and JEDI (Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion) strategies. The CPCE will be responsible for fostering a culture that is unified, welcoming, anti-racist, and inclusive, in line with the organization's core values. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the full employee lifecycle is managed in a way that is compliant with relevant laws and agreements, and that JEDI principles are integrated into all aspects of the organization. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor to the President and a partner across the organization, with a focus on supporting the mission and strategic direction. The role requires a proven track record in leading JEDI strategy, anti-racism work, and culture change, with the ability to influence senior leaders and build shared accountability. Experience in a unionized environment and with equity-centered accountability systems is essential. The CPCE will also be responsible for organizational change, and must have excellent communication, conflict-resolution, and change-management skills. A strategic, collaborative, and transparent approach is necessary to advance the organization's mission and long-term sustainability.
