Delivery Drivers across the DFW area.

As an independent courier with U8C, you operate as your own business entity. You control your schedule, select the routes that fit your availability, and gain real-world operational insight into running your own Delivery Service Partner (DSP) venture.

Contractor Responsibilities

• Transport and complete local deliveries safely and efficiently using your own or assigned vehicle.
• Manage route execution and time management using GPS and digital routing tools.
• Handle loading, unloading, and securing cargo during route blocks.
• Maintain clear communication with dispatch while providing professional service to end customers.
• Manage your own business record-keeping, vehicle upkeep, and operational reporting.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Active Driver’s License with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Valid EIN (Employer Identification Number) or LLC setup preferred.
• Reliable vehicle suitable for package delivery (Cargo Van, Box Truck, or SUV depending on route type) with valid auto insurance.
• Smartphone (iOS/Android) for navigation and app-based delivery tracking.
• Ability to handle physical aspects of delivery, including lifting packages up to 50 lbs.
